  • 12.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation to this year's recipient, Employ to Empower. 
  • 11.01 – Minister of Export and Foreign Affairs added wood chips as a resource available for intermittent export.
  • 10.15 – A new offence was successfully launched by the Minister of Defence in the War against the Himalayan Blackberry, which saw the Queen don her foot soldier regalia and lead an expedition across the Northern borders into the ALR of Canada, to seek out and destroy as many ‘mother plants’ as possible.   • 09.05 – 09.07 – 7th Annual National Beer & Wine event was held in Penticton, BC.
  • 08.17 – The Minister of Agriculture launches a new initiative in the War on the Himalayan Blackberry, which entails the digging up of previously slain canes, to harvest the roots for food donation to a local pig and two goats.
  • 08.04 – A long-term food-safety program for local, overwintering hummingbirds was launched by the Minister of Environment.
  • 07.30 – The Minister of Environment announces wood chips are a newly available land stewardship resource.
  • 07.15 – The Dept of Defence in its ever-waging efforts against the Attack of the Himalayan Blackberry, procured a wood-chipper for the processing of the remains of war.
  • 07.01 - For the second year in a row, Victory Garden affairs will be set aside in order to redirect revenue and productivity behind the Nation’s on-going war efforts.

  • 04.12 – The Queen christened the opening of several new social establishments in Haney Province for the exclusive enjoyment of the Denizens of New Cascadia as follows: Honkytonk Sports Bar, The Basement jazz club, 420 Stand-Up bar, Senor Backyarta’s, and The Blues Kitchen.

2019

  • 12.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation and selects the UNHCR UN Refugee Agency.
  • 08.31 - The Royal Family embarks on a 2-week, diplomatic tour of Hawai’I including the islands of Oahu, and Kauai, and the waters of Lehua/Ni’ihau.
  • 06.21 - The Queen celebrates her name day on this National Statutory Holiday.
  • 06.15 – The Queen attended a local Scottish Highland Games event as the Official Ambassador to New Cascadia.
  • 05.01 - Victory Garden affairs will be set aside in 2019 in order to redirect revenue and productivity behind the Nation’s war efforts.
  • 03.02 – 6th Annual National Beer & Wine event was held in Vancouver, BC.
  • 02.12 – The 17th Annual Feast of St Valentine’s was held in Vancouver, BC

2018

  • 12.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation and once again the UNHCR UN Refugee Agency was selected.
  • 11.01 The Queen declares war on the non-indigenous, Himalayan Blackberry who have been mounting an aerial attack on the micronation for some years now in an apparent effort to gain a foothold in the land surrounding The Capitol.
  • 10.13 – 5th Annual National Beer & Wine event was held in Vancouver, BC.
  • 10.01 The Queen declares that New Cascadia shall officially recognize Kwak'wala as a third official national language and to support this, research will be undertaken towards creating a language education program for the Denizens of New Cascadia. 
  • 09.15- The Queen embarks on a diplomatic tour including a two-day stop in the ancestral homelands of the Queen’s Mother, Alert Bay, BC. This particular Royal Tour also saw the Queen make official stops off the coast of Harbledown Island, and in Powell River, Port MacNeill, Parksville, Ucluelet, and Nanaimo, BC.
  • 09.01 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was expanded to include the portfolio of Export.
  • 07.15 – The Victory Garden was partially cultivated this season to grow potatoes and the herb garden was expanded to include Basil.
  • 06.21 - The Queen celebrates her name day on this National Statutory Holiday.
  • 05.29 – Prince Riis I attends his high school Aboriginal graduation ceremony and is awarded many honours.
  • 02.12 – The 16th Annual Feast of St Valentine’s was extended to be a week long event and was held in Vancouver and Harrison, BC
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 16th Anniversary.

2017

  • 12.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation and this year the UNHCR UN Refugee Agency was selected.
  • 11.11 – This year's 4th Annual National Beer & Wine event was a multi-day affair, held in Vancouver and Harrison, BC.
  • 11.03 – The Queen attended an official Maori All Blacks event as a diplomatic representative of New Cascadia.
  • 08.19 - The Queen attended an event and held an audience for the current members of the Canadian band, Helix.
  • 06.21 - The Queen celebrates her name day on this National Statutory Holiday.
  • 06.06 – The Queen attended an event and held an audience for the musicians in the British rock band, Def Leppard.
  • 05.21 – The Queen embarked on an Official Tour of Squamish, BC.
  • 05.01 - The Victory Garden fields will be left fallow this season to re-generate the soil via a permaculture inspired approach. The herb garden will continue as usual.
  • 02.12 – The 15th Annual Feast of St Valentine’s was held in Vancouver, BC
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 15th Anniversary.

2016​

  • 11.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation once again to the Union Gospel Mission who provides Christmas meals.
  • 10.01 - Minister of Charitable Affairs raises and donates $300.00 to the Children's Hospital in Vancouver BC.
  • 08.06 - Minister of Agriculture launches National Seed Bank & Harvesting program, which saw chive, sugar pea and shelling pea seeds collected for conservation and export.
  • 07.17 - The Royal Family makes an Official State Visit to Las Vegas, NV.
  • 06.21 - The Queen celebrates her name day on this National Statutory Holiday.
  • 06.21 - In recognition of the growing problem of outer space debris, the Queen declared stewardship of the Auriga constellation directly above her place of birth and pledges to support efforts to develop a method to clean it up.  
  • 05.01 - Expanded Victory Garden to triple its previous size; added a Tea Garden; doubled production with the addition of potatoes and a 2nd type of pea (shelling); introduced a new slug-thwarting approach with carrots grown in containers and enjoyed continued success with the herb garden.
  • 03.21 - The Queen officially opens Cafe Cascadia in Haney Province for the citizens of New Cascadia.
  • 03.08 - 3rd Annual National Beer & Wine event was held in Vancouver, BC.

2015

  • 12.27 - Official announcement of a second timezone in New Cascadia (CWT - Cascadian Weekend Time) which is observed on weekends and is GMT -8:45 compared to Cascadian Standard Time (GMT -7:45).
  • 12.26 - The Feast Of New Cascadia was a greatly anticipated celebration and did not disappoint.
  • 10.17 - Prince Riis I acting as newly appointed Minister of Charitable Affairs donated $320 to the Terry Fox Foundation. 
  • 10.01 -  Prince Riis I was made Minister Of Charitable Affiars for his outstanding work and leadership with fundraising on behalf of the Micronation. His goal of $100 for raised was exceeded by $220 for a total of $320. Next year's goal is set at $500 and the Prince has chosen the Children's Hospital in Vancouver BC as the recipient.
  • 09.27 - Rivers Day was a great success today. Over 15 lbs of garbage was removed from the Alouette River banks by the citizens of New Cascadia during our 1st Annual Great Shoreline CLeanup Event.
  • 07.25 - The Queen embarks on a Royal tour of the capital city of Victoria, BC.
  • 07.09 - In the name of Queen Kirsten I, a microloan was made to a borrower in Suchitepequez, Gutemala to to improve her shave ice business. Shave ice is the dessert most favoured by the Queen.
  • 06.21 - The Queen's name day marks the beginning of a National week of holidays. Diplomatic visits to the local areas of Whistler, BC and Blaine, WA flanked annual attendance at some of the Queen's favourite events such as a Vancouver Canadians baseball game, the Summer Night Market and the historical village of Steveston for a tour of the old Gulf of Georgia Cannery. 
  • 06.09 - In the name of Queen Kirsten I, a microloan was made to a borrower in San Lorenzo Valle, in the south of Honduras to make improvements to the roof of her own home, which was purchased with a previous micro-loan.
  • 05.29 – Prince Mosaic I attends her high school Aboriginal graduation ceremony and is awarded many honours.
  • 05.20 - The Great Archeological Dig of 2015 is officially complete. A veritable time capsule of artifacts was recovered, which had long since been swallowed up by the Earth. The Dig will continue next spring and will see the Nation's Victory Garden quadruple in size. All You See Before You!
  • 05.09 - In the name of Queen Kirsten I, a microloan was made in honour of National Mother's Day to a mother of 2 in Mulifanua, Samoa to help improve her soda delivery business.
  • 04.09 - In the name of Queen Kirsten I, a microloan was made to a borrower in Oe-cusse, Timor-Leste to buy stock for her store.
  • 04.04 - 2nd Annual National Beer & Wine event is held in Vancouver, BC. 
  • 03.08 - In the name of Queen Kirsten I, a microloan was made today on International Women's Day to a group of women in Nahuala, Guatemala. The loan allowed them to buy raw materials such as German threads, silk, and dyed alpaca textiles to make their fabric more appealing to the public to help them improve their incomes and be able to start building homes of cement blocks.
  • 03.06 - The Prince begins work clearing the border of Haney Province where the surrounding country of Canada has encroached.
  • 03.01 - Ground was broken on the Princess' Victory Garden, which aims to provide vegetables and herbs for the citizens of New Cascadia. 
  • 02.09 - In the name of HRM Queen Kirsten I, the Nation's first micro-loan was made on this day to a borrower in Manunu, Samoa. The Polynesian country of Samoa was selected to honour the Queens ancestor O'Kaui Kamakaui, Ali'i of the Sovereign Kingdom of Hawai'i.
  • 02.01 - A decree is made that the official dish of New Cascadia is 'Cheesy Bread Dip' and will forevermore be be served at the nation's annual Superbowl event. All You See Before You!
  • 01.01 - Dame Reverend Tammy of the Knightly House of Pinchbeck is named Minister of Religious Affairs.
  • 01.01 - The Princess is named the Minister of Agriculture.
  • 01.01 - The Prince is named the Minister of Environment.
  • 01.01 - The Empire announces that beginning on National Feast of Saint Valentine's Day 2015, which is observed on the same date as the neighbouring Canadian Province of British Columbia's Family Day stat holiday, in the name of Her Majesty the Queen, it will begin to finance monthly micro-loans to denizens around the world to help create opportunity and alleviate poverty.

2014

  • 11.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Union Gospel Mission who provides Christmas meals, was chosen.
  • 09.06 - The Empire purchased and secured two new domains and launched the first official National website: www.newcascadia.org
  • 09.05 - The Queen has decreed that a Coat of Arms for New Cascadia shall be commissioned. To mark this event, The Queen has opened up Foreign Trading Currency to include Canadian Tire money, which will be accepted at par with the CDN dollar.
  • 09.01 - To mark the 45th nameday of this founding citizen, The Queen knighted Dame Rev. Tammy of the House Pinchbeck. The Pichbeck Coat of Arms will be displayed at The Capitol.
  • 08.28 - A new flag was introduced.
  • 07.01 - Stage 1 of the re-painting of The Capitol building begins.
  • 06.21 - The Queen celebrates her name day by visiting the local Canadian city of Vancouver, BC. 
  • 06.14 - The Queen marks her 40th name day celebrations by spending a week touring the local areas of Canada.
  • 04.30 - Annual gift of a donation of cash is presented to Canada in recognition of 12 years of successful trade and foreign policy.
  • 04.19 - 1st Annual National Beer & Wine event is held in Vancouver, BC.

2013

  • 12.12 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Ridge Meadows Hospice Society was chosen.
  • 10.01 - Renovations begin on The Capitol building to replace the roof.
  • 08.15 - The Queen visits Portland, Oregon, USA.
  • 06.21 - The Nation celebrates the Queen's 39th nameday.
  • 04.30 - A gift is presented by the Queen to the government of Canada to recognize a legacy of fortuitous trade and foreign policy.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 11th Anniversary.

2012

  • 12.02 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Maple Ridge Food Bank was chosen.
  • 11.01 - An ammended agreement is struck with trading partner BC Hydro, and work begins on structural upgrades needed to increase the amount of available electricity for the denizens of The Capitol. This improvement is expected to take 3-4 weeks.
  • 09.15 - The Queen travels to the Sovereign Kingdom of Hawai'i.
  • 06.21 - National holiday for the Queen's 38th nameday.
  • 04.30 - 10 years of on-going trade and travel with Canada is commemorated by the Queen with a gift of Canadian currency.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 10th Anniversary.

2011

  • 12.15 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. Once again the Royal Family sponsored a Senior Citizen from Maple Ridge. 
  • 06.21 - The Queen's 37th nameday is celebrated with a National holiday.
  • 04.30 - Once again, the Empire of New Cascadia honours its relationship with the Nation of Canada by bestowing upon it gift of Canadian currency that can be considered a donation to its Revenue Services.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 9th Anniversary.

2010

  • 12.06 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Royal Family sponsored a Senior Citizen from Maple Ridge.
  • 06.21 - National holiday to commemorate the Queen's 36th nameday.
  • 04.30 - Annual donation is given to the government of Canada.
  • 03.15 - The Queen embarks on a diplomatic tour of the west coast of Mexico.
  • 02.03 - The Queen and citizens of New Cascadia attend the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC.
  • 01.01 - The Reverend Tammy of the Knightly House of Pinchbeck is named the Minister of Defense.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 8th Anniversary.

2009

  • 12.09 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. Once again the Royal Family sponsored a Family staying at the Maple Ridge Women's Shelter.
  • 09.01 - The Queen visits Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
  • 08.01 - After the passing of the Queen's maternal grandmother, the Queen claims her property in the neighbourhood of Dunbar as well as all of Memorial Park across the street, in Vancouver, BC, Canada, in the name of the Empire of New Cascadia.
  • 06.21 - The Queen's 35th nameday is celebrated with a National holiday.
  • 04.23 - Our respected citizen, Tammy of the House Pinchbeck is officially recognized as an ordained member of the Universal Life Church Monastery and as such, has been granted by The Queen, all the rights and privileges to perform all duties of the ministry in the Empire of New Cascadia. Credentials of Ministry shall be displayed in The Capitol.
  • 04.30 - An annual gift is given to the Canadian Government to recognize the past year of successful trade and foreign relations.
  • 03.31 - In honour of the namedays of the Prince and Princess, the Queen embarks on a diplomatic tour of the capital of British Columbia, Victoria.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 7th Anniversary.

2008

  • 12.12 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Royal Family sponsored a Family staying at the Maple Ridge Women's Shelter.

  • 12.01 - A new official vehicle is purchased by The Capitol for the Queen.
  • 06.21 - The Queen's 34th nameday National holiday.
  • 04.30 - In recognition of many years of on-going partnership with the Nation of Canada, The Empire gives Canada a gift of their own currency.
  • 03.15 - The Queen embarks on a diplomatic tour of Central America.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 6th Anniversary.

2007

  • 12.01 - The Empire makes its annual Christmas donation. This year the Maple Ridge Food Bank was chosen.

  • 09.09 - In honour of Granparents Day, New Cascadia opens its immigration and provides citizenship to the Queen's Father, Barry Nelson, son of Clifford Vernon Thomas. Citizenship is 5. Immigration is closed.

  • 06-21 - on the Queen's 33rd nameday, June 21st is officially declared a National Holiday.

  • 09.30 - The Queen departs on a tour to represent the micronation of New Cascadia in San Francisco, California, USA. 
  • 06.21 - Celebration for the Queen's 31st nameday.
  • 04.30 - The Queen makes a donation to the Canadian Government in recognition of trade partnerships.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 3rd Anniversary.

2004

  • 06.21 - In honour of the Queens 30th nameday,  gift of a Star in the Constellation of Draco is presented to the Queen by the Citizens of New Cascadia. The Queen claimed the rest of the Draco Constellation for her citizens.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 2nd Anniversary.

2003

  • 06.21 - Celebration for the Queen's 29th nameday.
  • 04.30 - In honour of a successful first year of trading labour & services for utilities, the use of infrastructure & Canadian currency, the Queen awards the government of Canada a cash gift.
  • 01.01 - New Cascadia observes its 1st Anniversary.

2002

  • The Queen names herself the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Minister of the Treasury, the Minister of Defense, the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Agriculture.
  • The Queen names the first three citizens and founders of the Empire of New Cascadia. Citizenship is 4. immigration is closed.
  • The Queen succeeds from Canada with her 818 sq. m. of land and the buildings it contains, and declares her micronation to be called New Cascadia. 
  • After the dissolution of a seven year civil union with a commoner, the Queen purchases outright. 818 sq. m. of land with buildings, located in the District of Maple Ridge in British Columbia , Canada. The Queen's two children, Princess Mosaic I and Prince Riis I are the heirs to this property and the buildings contained on it.
